What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE on orders over £35 & just £
4.99
under £35. Free delivery only applies to our Zone 1 which includes
England, Mainland Scotland & Wales.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands deliveries may be
subject to extra delivery costs dependant on package weight. Please
contact us to confirm delivery costs.
If you live out side the areas mentioned above please contact us
with the items you wish to order & we will send you a shipping
quote.
When will my order be processed & dispatched?
Orders received on working days by 12 noon will usually be
dispatched the same day.
(Except
when being delivered by our staff, then by appointment)
How long will it take to arrive?
Orders placed on standard delivery will arrive within 5 working
days, however around 80% arrive within 2 working days.
NEW 24hr Delivery Certain stock items are available
on a guaranteed next day service if you would like to use this
service please phone to order & we will upgrade the delivery for
you. The cost of this service depends on the items ordered but is
usually around £
7.99.
How do I check your stock levels?
If you want to confirm an items stock level either phone

568848 or use the our contact page. Please quote the product
code when confirming stock levels.
Who delivers your products?
Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail,
larger items like wheelchairs
, walkers
and ramps will be sent via courier. Someone will have to be
there to sign for the delivery.
. **Important we do NOT deliver
Mobility Scooters, Beds, Riser Recliners or Power chairs by
courier,
these are staff delivered
and only within a 50 mile radius of one of our stores
Can I return my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return
it to us, in an unused "as new" condition within 7 days of delivery
and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be
arranged at cost price.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations
Beactive Mobility Ltd will give customers a 7 day "cooling
off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date.
After 7 Days but less than 30 Days "As New" stock returned will be
subject to a restocking charge of 15%. See our Terms & Conditions

products not returned in their original condition including
